zach miller | lead pastor
Zach was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and will be a Razorback fan for life. Although he moved quite a bit as a child he spent the majority of his time in Greenwood, Arkansas. After graduating high school, he attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University for the next four years. Zach went to SAGU with full intentions of playing football and eventually coaching. He was sure of one thing, he did not want to follow in his father's footsteps and be a pastor. However during that time, God began to change his plans and called him into the ministry. Zach changed his degree to Church Business Administration and around that time met his wife, Mandy. They were married in 1999 and have been serving together in ministry ever since. They have 3 children Gracie Belle, Eli, and Harrison. Prior to starting The Crossing, Zach and Mandy have served on staff at churches in Arkansas and Texas.

mandy miller | connection pastor
Mandy was raised in the small farming community of Palestine, Arkansas. She loves spending time with family, shopping, and anything chocolate. After graduating high school, she attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she met Zach. They were married in July of 1999. She completed her BS in Elementary Education in 2001. After teaching for 3 years, Mandy decided to become a stay-at-home mom with her three beautiful kids: Gracie Belle, Eli, and Harrison. During that time, she began serving as a children's pastor in Sherman,TX, and became a licensed minister in the process.  Mandy currently serves as the connection and care pastor for the church. Her desire is to be a pastor to the ladies of The Crossing, and to help maintain a "family feel" for all of those who attend The Crossing. 

nick bardee | student pastor
Nick was born in Dallas but was raised in Sherman, Texas.  He graduated highschool in 2008 and chose to continue his education at Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he is pursuing a degree in Church Ministry with a specialization in youth and a minor in business. Nick is engage to his high school sweetheart, Tiffany. He enjoys playing guitar, baseball, football, being outdoors, or just hanging out. Nick has a passion to see people encounter the amazing love of God.

erin mcknight | children's pastor
Erin was born and raised in Sherman, TX as a PK (pastor's kid). She graduated high school in 2009 and currently attends Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she is majoring in Family and Children's Ministry. Erin loves kids and has been serving in ministry since she herself was in kids church. She has worked along side Pastor Zach and Mandy for the last 7 years. She has a passion to help the future generations build a solid foundation in Christ that they will hold on to for the rest of their lives. Each week Pastor Erin presents the Word of God to The Kidz Crossing in a creative, high energy way. Erin enjoys Starbucks, shopping, fashion, and is a creative confectionist.

lanny rogers | finance & worship pastor
Lanny comes from Howe, Texas. He served as a staff pastor for 3 years at the church he grew up in.  He recently wrapped up his BS in accounting and is working towards his MBA and CPA. Lanny enjoys crunching numbers, history, making music, baseball and will be a TMNT fan for life. He and his lovely little wife, Kristyne, were married June of 2006 and they have a one year old son, Kohen. He serves as the finance and worship pastor.

kristyne rogers | creative designer
Kristyne is originally from Carlsbad, New Mexico. She loves music, photography, vintage things, warm weather and is a salsa critic. During an internship in the summer of 2005 she was introduced to Lanny, a year later they were married. She graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas in 2006. In 2009 she and her husband celebrated the birth of their son, Kohen. During her spare time Kristyne works as a registered nurse. She is a perfectionist and has a niche for creating good lookin' designs.
